Society Annual Reporting
All Societies are required to submit Annual Reports to OMAFRA, OHA, and to their District.
Society Annual Reports to District 10 – due on or before March 30, 2024
- Part 1 – Society Annual Report: https://forms.gle/vnopVdGNwg9Lj7SUA – information about your Society in 2023.
- Part 2 – Speaker List Form: https://forms.gle/BffMd8iwiRqMYMVG8 – Speakers your Society had in 2023 in each month. Include their name, organization/business, presentation type, topic, contact email and phone, and rate.
Complete both parts of the Society Annual Reports to District 10 (Activities & Speakers List) and submit on or before March 30, 2024.
Note: these reports will be shared with the Societies in this District to discover innovative new ideas that may work for your own Society.

Annual Report to OHA (Gardenontario.org) – due February 1, 2024
- Go to https://gardenontario.org/user-login/ and log in. Go to Society Annual Report Form.
- If you don’t have the login or you get an error telling you that you need access, please click on the blue box on the login page that says “Need to Register? Click here”. Please allow a few days for this to be set up.
- Society Annual Report Guide – instructions on filling out the report. Includes a sample report, note questions may differ.
There are 7 sections to the OHA Society Annual Report, and it includes volunteer hours. The best way to enter the information is to gather it all in one place before you start. The sections are:
1. Society Identification.
2. Mailing Address and Contact Information of Officers.
3. Planned Activities Report for the current year 2024.
4. Society Annual Information Report for this past year 2023 including membership numbers.
5. Scholarships Report for those who have scholarships (if you answer No on Page 1 – see Fig 2, this won’t show).
6. Youth Program Report for those who have a youth club (if you answer No on Page 1 – see Fig 2, this won’t show).
7. Volunteer Hours Report which will total so you can verify your entries.
When you have filled in all sections and are satisfied with your report, mark it complete and click the SUBMIT button. You’ll get a copy of your report by email and a copy will also be sent to the District Director.

Annual Report to OMAFRA – OMAFRA reports are due for all Horticultural Societies by February 1, 2024
